महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-16, verse-6

तथा तमरिसैन्यानि घ्नन्तं मृत्युमिवान्तकम् ।
परिवव्रुर्भृशं क्रुद्धाः पाण्डुपाञ्चालसोमकाः ॥६॥
6. tathā tamarisainyāni ghnantaṁ mṛtyumivāntakam ,
parivavrurbhṛśaṁ kruddhāḥ pāṇḍupāñcālasomakāḥ.

parivavruḥ bhṛśam kruddhāḥ pāṇḍupāñcālasomakāḥ

6. Thus, the Pāṇḍavas, Pāñcālas, and Somakas, greatly enraged, surrounded him as he was slaying the enemy armies, like death (mṛtyu) or the destroyer (antaka).
