महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-86, verse-19

तथैव च महाराज समेत्यान्योन्यमाहवे ।
परस्परवधं घोरं चक्रुस्ते हयसादिनः ॥१९॥
19. tathaiva ca mahārāja sametyānyonyamāhave ,
parasparavadhaṁ ghoraṁ cakruste hayasādinaḥ.
19. tathā eva ca mahārāja sametya anyonyam āhave
paraspara-vadham ghoram cakruḥ te haya-sādinaḥ
19. mahārāja tathā eva ca te haya-sādinaḥ āhave
anyonyam sametya ghoram paraspara-vadham cakruḥ
19. And similarly, O great king, having met each other in battle, those horsemen engaged in a dreadful mutual slaughter.
