महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-70, verse-75

पुत्रस्नेहस्तु बलवान्धृतराष्ट्रस्य माधव ।
स पुत्रवशमापन्नः प्रणिपातं प्रहास्यति ॥७५॥
75. putrasnehastu balavāndhṛtarāṣṭrasya mādhava ,
sa putravaśamāpannaḥ praṇipātaṁ prahāsyati.

75. O Madhava, Dhritarashtra's affection for his son is indeed very strong. Having fallen under the control of his son, he will reject (my) supplication.
