महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-70, verse-12

सुयोधनमते तिष्ठन्राजास्मासु जनार्दन ।
मिथ्या चरति लुब्धः संश्चरन्प्रियमिवात्मनः ॥१२॥
12. suyodhanamate tiṣṭhanrājāsmāsu janārdana ,
mithyā carati lubdhaḥ saṁścaranpriyamivātmanaḥ.
12. suyodhanamate tiṣṭhan rājā asmāsu janārdana mithyā
carati lubdhaḥ san caran priyam iva ātmanaḥ
12. O Janārdana (Kṛṣṇa), the King, while adhering to Suyodhana's (Duryodhana's) counsel, acts deceitfully towards us. Though covetous, he behaves as if he is doing what is dear to himself.
