महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-70, verse-43

तत्रैषा परमा काष्ठा रौद्रकर्मक्षयोदया ।
यद्वयं कौरवान्हत्वा तानि राष्ट्राण्यशीमहि ॥४३॥
43. tatraiṣā paramā kāṣṭhā raudrakarmakṣayodayā ,
yadvayaṁ kauravānhatvā tāni rāṣṭrāṇyaśīmahi.
43. tatra eṣā paramā kāṣṭhā raudrakarmakṣayodayā
yat vayam kauravān hatvā tāni rāṣṭrāṇi aśīmahi
43. This is the ultimate extreme, the culmination of dreadful actions whose outcome is destruction; that by killing the Kauravas, we would seize those kingdoms.
