महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-70, verse-74

पिता राजा च वृद्धश्च सर्वथा मानमर्हति ।
तस्मान्मान्यश्च पूज्यश्च धृतराष्ट्रो जनार्दन ॥७४॥
74. pitā rājā ca vṛddhaśca sarvathā mānamarhati ,
tasmānmānyaśca pūjyaśca dhṛtarāṣṭro janārdana.

74. A father, a king, and an elder—all are in every way deserving of respect. Therefore, Dhṛtarāṣṭra is worthy of respect and worship, O Janārdana.
