महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-155, verse-7

इत्युक्त्वा ब्राह्मणान्सर्वानामन्त्रयत पाण्डवः ।
कारणं चैव तत्तेषामाचचक्षे तपस्विनाम् ॥७॥
7. ityuktvā brāhmaṇānsarvānāmantrayata pāṇḍavaḥ ,
kāraṇaṁ caiva tatteṣāmācacakṣe tapasvinām.
7. iti uktvā brāhmaṇān sarvān āmantrayata pāṇḍavaḥ
kāraṇam ca eva tat teṣām ācacakṣe tapasvinām
7. Having spoken thus, the Pāṇḍava (Yudhiṣṭhira) summoned all the Brahmins. And he explained that very reason to them, the ascetics (tapasvinām).
