In creation, states (bhāvāḥ) such as destruction and creation, pleasure and pain, existence and non-existence, activity and inactivity, prohibition and injunction, birth and death, illusion, and so on, always manifest, both together and distinctly. They do so even though these states (bhāvāḥ) have become intertwined within that creation.
