योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-54, verse-37

रुरोध गुदसंकोच्चान्नवद्वारानिलानथ ।
मुखसंस्थगितः कुम्भो रन्ध्रकोशानिवेतरान् ॥ ३७ ॥
