योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-54, verse-10

अथेतरांशावसरे प्रणवस्य समस्थितौ ।
निष्कम्पकुम्भको नाम प्राणानामभवत्क्रमः ॥ १० ॥
athetarāṃśāvasare praṇavasya samasthitau ,
niṣkampakumbhako nāma prāṇānāmabhavatkramaḥ 10
