योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-54, verse-1

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
इति निर्णीय ततया धिया धवलया मुनिः ।
बद्धपद्मासनस्तस्थावर्धोन्मीलितलोचनः ॥ १ ॥
śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca ,
iti nirṇīya tatayā dhiyā dhavalayā muniḥ ,
baddhapadmāsanastasthāvardhonmīlitalocanaḥ 1
1. śrīvasiṣṭhaḥ uvāca iti nirṇīya tatayā dhiyā dhavalayā
muniḥ baddhapadmāsanaḥ tasthau ardha-unmīlita-locanaḥ
1. śrīvasiṣṭhaḥ uvāca muniḥ iti tatayā dhavalayā dhiyā nirṇīya,
baddhapadmāsanaḥ ardha-unmīlita-locanaḥ tasthau.
1. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Having thus resolved with a pure and profound intellect, the sage sat in the lotus posture (padmāsana) with his eyes half-closed.
