आक्षिप्य च शिलास्तेषां निजघ्नू राक्षसा हरीन् ।
तेषां चाच्छिद्य शस्त्राणि जघ्नू रक्षांसि वानराः ॥५३॥

teṣāṃ cācchidya śastrāṇi jaghnū rakṣāṃsi vānarāḥ.

53. And the rākṣasas, having hurled stones at them, struck the monkey warriors. In turn, the monkey warriors, having seized the rākṣasas' weapons, struck the rākṣasas.
