वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-57, verse-44

ते राक्षसबलं घोरं प्रविश्य हरियूथपाः ।
विचेरुरुद्यतैः शैलैर्नगाः शिखरिणो यथा ॥४४॥
44. te rākṣasabalaṃ ghoraṃ praviśya hariyūthapāḥ ,
vicerurudyataiḥ śailairnagāḥ śikhariṇo yathā.
44. te rākṣasabalam ghoram praviśya hariyūthapāḥ
viceruḥ udyataiḥ śailaiḥ nagāḥ śikhariṇaḥ yathā
44. te hariyūthapāḥ ghoram rākṣasabalam praviśya,
udyataiḥ śailaiḥ viceruḥ,
yathā śikhariṇaḥ nagāḥ (vicerur iva).
44. Those monkey chiefs, after entering the terrifying army of Rākṣasas, moved about with uplifted rocks, just as peaked mountains (move).
