बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-63, verse-47

ज्वरेण ज्वलिता कान्तिः कुष्ठरोगोदरादिरुक् ।
जलाग्निकृतमृत्युः स्यान्निजप्राणगते शनौ ॥४७॥

47. When Saturn (śani) is situated in its own `prāṇa` sub-period, the body's radiance (kānti) will be inflamed by fever, and there will be afflictions such as leprosy, abdominal diseases, etc. There may also be death caused by water or fire.
