बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-63, verse-4

भूपोपद्रवमन्यार्थे द्रव्यनाशो महद्भयम् ।
महत्यपचयप्राप्ती रवेः प्राणगते कुजे ॥४॥

4. When Mars (Kuza) is in prāṇa-gati (transit related to vital breath) with respect to the Sun, and when there is a great decline, there will be trouble from rulers, loss of wealth for others, and great fear.
