बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-61, verse-58

उत्तरस्यां भवेल्लाभो हानिः स्यात्तु चतुष्पदात् ।
अधिकारो नृपागारे भृगोः प्र्त्यनतरे भवेत् ॥५८॥
58. uttarasyāṃ bhavellābho hāniḥ syāttu catuṣpadāt .
adhikāro nṛpāgāre bhṛgoḥ prtyanatare bhavet.
58. uttarasyām bhavet lābhaḥ hāniḥ syāt tu catuṣpadāt
adhikāraḥ nṛpāgāre bhṛgoḥ pratyantare bhavet
58. During the sub-sub-period of Venus (bhṛgu), there would be gain from the northern direction, but there would be loss from quadrupeds, and authority in the royal court (or government).
