बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-61, verse-50

चिन्तितं फलितं वस्तु कल्याणं स्वजने सदा ।
मनुष्यकृतितो लाभः भृगिः प्रत्यन्तरे द्विज ॥५०॥
50. cintitaṃ phalitaṃ vastu kalyāṇaṃ svajane sadā .
