दायेशात्षष्ठरन्ध्रस्थे व्यये वा बलवर्जिते ।
पिशाचक्षुद्रव्याघ्राद्य्सिर्गृहक्षेत्रार्थनाशनम् ॥७३॥

pishāca-kṣudra-vyāghra-ādi-sṛṣṭiḥ gṛha-kṣetra-artha-nāśanam
73. When the lord of the planetary period (daśā) is devoid of strength and located in the 6th, 8th, or 12th house, it causes the destruction of one's house, land, and wealth through the agency of demons, small animals, tigers, and similar beings.
