महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-198, verse-83

दातारः संविभक्तारो दीनानुग्रहकारिणः ।
सर्वभूतदयावन्तस्ते शिष्टाः शिष्टसंमताः ॥८३॥
83. dātāraḥ saṁvibhaktāro dīnānugrahakāriṇaḥ ,
sarvabhūtadayāvantaste śiṣṭāḥ śiṣṭasaṁmatāḥ.
