etanmahāmate vyādha prabravīhi yathātatham.

Mārkaṇḍeya said: "But that exceedingly wise Brahmin (vipra) asked the righteous hunter (dharmavyādha), 'O best of men, how shall I understand proper conduct (śiṣṭācāra)? O wise hunter, please explain this matter to me exactly as it is.'"
