धराप्यविद्यमानापि संकल्पाद्दृश्यते तथा ।
दृश्यते दृष्टिवैरूप्याद्यथा व्योमनि पिच्छिका ॥ ४१ ॥

41. Even though the world (dharā) is not truly existent, it is perceived as real due to mental projection (saṅkalpa). Just as a feather (or a patch of color) is seen in the sky due to a distortion of vision.
