योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-28, verse-31

तथैवेयं हि संकल्पकलना काचिदेव हि ।
यथा पूर्वं मयोत्पत्तिः प्रोक्ता कमलजन्मनः ॥ ३१ ॥
