भुशुण्डवन्महाबाहो भव तीर्णमहार्णवः ॥ २ ॥

O mighty-armed one, by firmly embracing this insight, which begins with the practice of one's own vital breath (prāṇa), become one who has crossed the great ocean (of saṃsāra) just like Bhuśuṇḍa.
