सर्वात्मना पर्यनुनीयमानो यदा न सौमित्रिरुपैति योगम् ।
नियुज्यमानो भुवि यौवराज्ये ततो ऽभ्यषिञ्चद्भरतं महात्मा ॥७९॥

79. sarvātmanā paryanunīyamāno yadā na saumitrirupaiti yogam ,
niyujyamāno bhuvi yauvarājye tato'bhyaṣiñcadbharataṃ mahātmā.

79. yadā saumitriḥ sarva-ātmanā pari-anu-nīyamānaḥ bhuvi yauva-rājye niyujyamānaḥ yogam na upaiti,
tataḥ mahā-ātmā bharatam abhyaṣiñcat

79. When Saumitri (Lakṣmaṇa), being completely entreated and appointed to the crown princedom on earth, did not accept the position (yoga), then the great-souled one (Rāma) consecrated Bharata.
