बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-62, verse-81

बाण्धवादिषु सम्पत्तिर्व्यवहारो धनोन्नतिः ।
पुत्रदारादितः सौख्यं भृगोः सूक्ष्मगते बुधे ॥८१॥
81. bāṇdhavādiṣu sampattirvyavahāro dhanonnatiḥ .
putradārāditaḥ saukhyaṃ bhṛgoḥ sūkṣmagate budhe.

81. When Venus (Bhṛgu) is in a subtle division and Mercury (Budha) is in a subtle division, there will be prosperity among relatives and others, successful dealings, an increase in wealth, and happiness from sons, wives, and so forth.
