बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-62, verse-27

राजद्वेषो द्विजात्क्लेशः कार्याभिप्रयवंचकः ।
लोकेऽपि निन्द्यतामेति भौमे सूक्ष्मगते रवौ ॥२७॥
