बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-62, verse-3

देवब्राह्मण्भक्तिश्च नित्यकर्मरतस्तथा ।
सुप्रीतिः सर्वमित्रश्चैव रवेः सूक्ष्मगते विधौ ॥३॥
3. devabrāhmaṇbhaktiśca nityakarmaratastathā .

3. When the Moon (vidhu) is in the subtle (sūkṣma) period of the Sun, there will be devotion (bhakti) to gods and Brahmins, engagement in daily duties, great affection, and friendship with everyone.
