बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-62, verse-29

लोकोपद्रवबुद्धिश्च सर्वकार्ये मतिविभ्रमः ।
शून्यता चित्तदोषः स्यात् स्वीये सूक्ष्मगतेऽप्यगौ ॥२९॥
29. lokopadravabuddhiśca sarvakārye mativibhramaḥ .

29. lōkōpadravabuddhiḥ ca sarvakāryē mativibhramaḥ |
śūnyatā cittadōṣaḥ syāt svīyē sūkṣmagatē api agau
29. Even when Mars (Aga) is in its own sign but in a subtle position, there arises an inclination towards causing public disturbance, confusion of mind in all actions, and mental emptiness (śūnyatā) and defects (cittadōṣa).
