20.
One is capable, possesses a righteous intellect (dharma-buddhi), experiences happiness, and associates with rulers. However, similarly, when Ketu is in the eighth house or the twelfth house, or is influenced by the lord of gains (dāyeśa), and likewise (other adverse effects will manifest).
