When Venus (Śukra) is in Saturn's (Manda) sub-period (antardasha), and is in its own exaltation sign or its own sign, or in an angular house (kendra), or conjoined with auspicious planets, or in a trine house (trikoṇa), or even in the house of gains (lābha-bhāva), (then specific effects will occur).
