58. nīce cāstaṅgate bhaume lagnādaṣṭavyayasthite .
pāpadṛṣṭiyute vāpi dhanahānirbhaviṣyati.

However, when Mars (bhauma) is debilitated and combust, or is situated in the 8th or 12th house from the ascendant, or is aspected by or conjoined with malefic planets, then there will be a loss of wealth.
