बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-57, verse-66

आदौ सौख्यं धनावाप्तिं गृहक्षेत्रादिसम्पदम् ।
देवब्राह्मणभक्तिं च तीर्थयात्रादिकं लभेत् ॥६६॥
