महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-188, verse-59

जीवितान्तकरा रौद्राः क्रूराः प्राणिविहिंसकाः ।
यदा भविष्यन्ति नरास्तदा संक्षेप्स्यते युगम् ॥५९॥
59. jīvitāntakarā raudrāḥ krūrāḥ prāṇivihiṁsakāḥ ,
yadā bhaviṣyanti narāstadā saṁkṣepsyate yugam.
