महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-188, verse-29

म्लेच्छभूतं जगत्सर्वं निष्क्रियं यज्ञवर्जितम् ।
भविष्यति निरानन्दमनुत्सवमथो तथा ॥२९॥
29. mlecchabhūtaṁ jagatsarvaṁ niṣkriyaṁ yajñavarjitam ,
bhaviṣyati nirānandamanutsavamatho tathā.

bhaviṣyati nirānandam anutsavam atho tathā

29. The entire world will become barbarian-like, inactive, devoid of Vedic rituals (yajña), joyless, and similarly without any festivals.
