महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-95, verse-60

वृथामांसं समश्नातु वृथादानं करोतु च ।
यातु स्त्रियं दिवा चैव बिसस्तैन्यं करोति यः ॥६०॥
60. vṛthāmāṁsaṁ samaśnātu vṛthādānaṁ karotu ca ,
yātu striyaṁ divā caiva bisastainyaṁ karoti yaḥ.
60. vṛthāmāṃsam samaśnātu vṛthādānam karotu ca yātu
striyam divā ca eva bisastainyam karoti yaḥ
60. yaḥ bisastainyam karoti,
(saḥ) vṛthāmāṃsam samaśnātu,
vṛthādānam karotu ca,
divā ca eva striyam yātu.
60. He who commits the theft of lotus stalks (bisastainya) may eat meat pointlessly, may offer gifts in vain, and may indeed approach a woman during the day.
