My body and mind (manas) are being scorched by the intense suffering caused by the burning heat, which is like the sun (āditya) of transmigration (saṃsāra). Sprinkle me with the cool water (ambu) of the knowledge of Brahman (brahman), using the water (vāri) of your words.
