अनसूयोवाच ।
न विषादस्त्वया भद्रे कर्तव्यः पश्य मे बलम् ।
पतिशुश्रूषयावाप्तं तपसः किं चिरेण ते ॥८०॥

na viṣādastvayā bhadre kartavyaḥ paśya me balam .
patiśuśrūṣayāvāptaṃ tapasaḥ kiṃ cireṇa te.

Anasūyā said: "O auspicious one, you should not feel sorrow. Behold my strength, which I have gained through devoted service to my husband. What is the need for you to perform asceticism (tapas) for a long time?"
