महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-34, verse-20

श्रान्तानां क्लान्तवपुषां शिशूनां विपुलायुषाम् ।
तानि यानानि देशेषु प्रतीक्ष्यन्ते स्म भारत ।
बुभुक्षितानामर्थाय कॢप्तमन्नं समन्ततः ॥२०॥
20. śrāntānāṁ klāntavapuṣāṁ śiśūnāṁ vipulāyuṣām ,
tāni yānāni deśeṣu pratīkṣyante sma bhārata ,
bubhukṣitānāmarthāya kḷptamannaṁ samantataḥ.

20. O Bhārata (bhārata), those vehicles (yāna) were kept ready in various places for those who were tired, those with weary bodies, the children, and the aged. Food was also prepared everywhere for the hungry.
