नक्षत्रयोगनिरताः संख्यानार्थं च भारत ।

41. O Bhārata, O King of kings, the wives of Soma (the Moon god), who were endowed with auspicious signs, were dedicated to the conjunctions of the lunar mansions (nakṣatra) for the purpose of calculation.
