महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-34, verse-37

विमुक्तशापः पुनराप्य तेजः सर्वं जगद्भासयते नरेन्द्र ।
एवं तु तीर्थप्रवरं पृथिव्यां प्रभासनात्तस्य ततः प्रभासः ॥३७॥
37. vimuktaśāpaḥ punarāpya tejaḥ; sarvaṁ jagadbhāsayate narendra ,
evaṁ tu tīrthapravaraṁ pṛthivyāṁ; prabhāsanāttasya tataḥ prabhāsaḥ.

37. O king, having been freed from the curse, it regained its splendor and illuminates the entire world. Thus, because of its shining forth, that foremost holy place on earth is called Prabhasa.
