महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-309, verse-4

सत्यमार्जवमक्रोधमनसूयां दमं तपः ।
अहिंसां चानृशंस्यं च विधिवत्परिपालय ॥४॥
4. satyamārjavamakrodhamanasūyāṁ damaṁ tapaḥ ,
