बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-59, verse-46

तत्काले धनलाभः स्यात्सञ्चारो भवति ध्रुवम् ।
म्लेच्छप्रभुवशात्सौख्यं धन्धान्यफलादिकम् ॥४६॥
46. tatkāle dhanalābhaḥ syātsañcāro bhavati dhruvam .
mlecchaprabhuvaśātsaukhyaṃ dhandhānyaphalādikam.

46. At that time, there will certainly be a gain of wealth and journeys. Happiness and the acquisition of grain, wealth, and similar benefits will come due to the influence of foreign rulers.
