बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-59, verse-18

अष्टमव्ययराशिस्थे पापग्रहसमन्विते ।
तद्भुक्तौ राजभीतिश्च पितृमातृवियोगकृत् ॥१८॥

18. aṣṭama-vyaya-rāśi-sthe pāpa-graha-samanvite
tat-bhuktau rāja-bhītiḥ ca pitṛ-mātṛ-viyoga-kṛt
18. However, if the Sun is located in the eighth or twelfth house and is conjoined with malefic planets during that sub-period, there will be fear from the government, and it will cause separation from one's father and mother.
