द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु देहजाड्यं मनोरुजम् ।

But when the lord of the 7th house (dyūna) is in the 2nd house (dvitīya), there will be physical inertia and mental illness. For the removal of these defects, one should perform the chanting (japa) of Durgā Devi. One should donate a white cow and a buffalo for the increase of longevity and health.
