बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-59, verse-38

आदौ शुभफलं चैव ग्रामभूम्यादिलाभकृत् ।
धनधान्यादिलाभश्च चतुष्पाज्जीवलाभकृत् ॥३८॥
38. ādau śubhaphalaṃ caiva grāmabhūmyādilābhakṛt .
dhanadhānyādilābhaśca catuṣpājjīvalābhakṛt.
38. ādau śubhaphalam ca eva grāmabhūmyādilābhakṛt
dhanadhānyādilābhaḥ ca catuṣpājjīvalābhakṛt
38. First, there will be auspicious results, specifically the acquisition of villages, lands, and similar assets. There will also be gains of wealth and grains, along with the acquisition of quadrupeds and other living creatures.
