बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-59, verse-39

गृगारामक्षेत्रलाभो राजानुग्रहवैभवम् ।
भाग्ये कर्मेशसम्बन्धे भूलाभः सौख्यमेव च ॥३९॥
39. gṛgārāmakṣetralābho rājānugrahavaibhavam .
bhāgye karmeśasambandhe bhūlābhaḥ saukhyameva ca.
39. gṛgārāmakṣetralābhaḥ rājānugrahavibhavam bhāgye
karmeśasambandhe bhūlābhaḥ saukhyam eva ca
39. There will be gains of houses, gardens, and fields, along with royal favor and splendor. When there is a connection between the lord of the tenth house and the ninth house, there will be gains of land and indeed, happiness.
