बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-56, verse-5

नीचसङ्गो महादुःखं दायादजनविग्रहः ।
कलहो न विचारोस्य स्वप्रभुष्वपमृत्युकृत् ॥५॥
5. nīcasaṅgo mahāduḥkhaṃ dāyādajanavigrahaḥ .
kalaho na vicārosya svaprabhuṣvapamṛtyukṛt.

5. Association with ignoble people brings great sorrow. Strife with relatives and quarrels with one's own superiors, (undertaken) without proper consideration, cause untimely death.
