ततः प्रीतिमता तेन तेऽनुज्ञाता महात्मना ।
जग्मुः शिखरिणां श्रेष्टं विन्ध्यं द्रुमलतायुतम् ॥८३॥

Then, having been permitted by that pleased, great-souled (mahātman) sage, they went to the Vindhya, the foremost of mountains, which was adorned with trees and creepers.
