मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-3, verse-66

सर्वव्यापी महायामः पञ्चद्वारप्रवेशनः ।
तस्यानुमार्गं विशति तद्वै घोरं रिपुत्रयम् ॥६६॥
66. sarvavyāpī mahāyāmaḥ pañcadvārapraveśanaḥ .
tasyānumārgaṃ viśati tadvai ghoraṃ riputrayam.
66. sarvavyāpī mahāyāmaḥ pañcadvāraprāveśanaḥ tasya
anumārgam viśati tat vai ghoram riputrayam
66. It (attachment (rāga)) is all-pervading, has a great expanse, and enters through the five doors (senses). Indeed, that dreadful trio of enemies enters following its path.
