महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-50, verse-37

सुकुमारः सदा वीरो महार्हशयनोचितः ।
भूमावनाथवच्छेते नूनं नाथवतां वरः ॥३७॥
37. sukumāraḥ sadā vīro mahārhaśayanocitaḥ ,
bhūmāvanāthavacchete nūnaṁ nāthavatāṁ varaḥ.

bhūmau anāthavat śete nūnam nāthavatām varaḥ
37. yaḥ sadā sukumāraḥ vīraḥ mahārhaśayanocitaḥ (āsīt),

37. He who was always delicate, a hero, and accustomed to a luxurious bed, now surely lies on the ground like an orphan, though he was the foremost among those who had protectors.
